RATNADBR9 Ltd is a nursing agency set up to meet needs of nursing homes, residential homes and NHS Hospitals. Providing a quality service, RATNADBR9 is fully committed to supporting and contribution in the Government’s target. We aim to participate and support economic growth, by helping to reduce the level of spend within the NHS. RATNADBR9 is a Small Medium Size (SME) company. Furthermore giving greater level of spend to meet the needs of patients, therefore providing quality care. For the Department’s own expenditure Therefore meeting staff shortages with providing nursing, healthcare, and care assistants to nursing homes in London and surrounding areas.
About our CEO
The founder and director of Ratnadbr9 Limited is Amrita Thapa. Amrita has been working in healthcare and community settings for 13 years. Initially, she started to work as a care assistant in a nursing home and gradually progressed to work in hospital as a bank health care assistant. Meanwhile, working in hospital, she realised that opportunity to pursue a nursing degree would allow her to provide holistic care to the service user therefore, she started nursing degree. After finishing BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing from the University of Wolverhampton, she started her new job as newly qualified nurse in upper gastro-intestinal surgical ward. However, due to Covid breakout, the surgical ward was converted into medical ward where lot of patient’s activities of daily living were affected especially due to covid and co-morbidities. Therefore, the director has made sure that patient care and safety and well-being is not compromised at any cost while working under pressure, prioritising care to provide a holistic person-centred care. After working for a year in the ward, to enhance her knowledge and progress furthermore she decided to take a new job role as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Staff Nurse. Overall, reflecting on her experience, she has come across with a vision to provide a care for individuals whose activities of daily living has been affected in their home promoting their independence and maintaining respect and dignity. Therefore, Ratnadbr9 Limited was founded with vision of compassion care.
